Job Overview:
We are seeking a Honesty Responsibility and reliable Assistant Human Resources Administrative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Assistant Human Resources, Admin, Basic Account and payrolls, prepare employment contract, and Project Claims, and also knowledge in terms of constructions firm, projects, building and etc.
Candidate needed to have Constructions Experience to report Director any follow any daily HOC Duties as followed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for company compliance, office affairs and WPOL, EPOL work pass system, and provided HR for all the Foreigners Pass Applications.
2. Provides administrative support for the HR Management.
3. Prepare Employment Contract/ Payrolls/etc.
4. Remind the HR Management of important tasks and deadlines.
5. Perform ad-hoc duties when required by the Directors/HR Management.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English in terms of writing, speaking, listen, Communication.
2. Mature and Reliable with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
3. Sincerely and Honesty.
4. 5.5 days Per Week, 9pm -6pm/9am- 1pm.
5. Only Shortlisted will be informed.
6. Diploma/Degree Holder/Any Relevant Qualifications.
