Our client is a Global MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Executive to be part of their ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West– easily accessible.
Responsibility
- Review the fixed assets clearing account during month-end to identify items to be capitalized.
- Capitalize items in the system once invoices.
- Perform depreciation after all items for the month have been capitalized.
- Dispose of fixed assets upon receiving the signed disposal form.
- Prepare and distribute the Capex Report.
- Oversee cost controlling for the Asia related projects
- Preparation of Audited Financial Statements and assist in budget forecasting/analysis.
- Assist in cost accounting related function
- Liaise with regional Finance team on month end closing
- Any ad-hoc duty as given.
Requirement
- Min Degree in Accounting or ACCA
- Hands on knowledge in MS Office
- Knowledge in FRS standards
- SAP experience will be added bonus
