The purchasing trainee will be responsible for:
- Administrative work
- Suppliers panel management
- Launch of social audit and follow up on the corrective actions plans
- Some purchasing projects => Biddings, negotiations and awarding projects (under direct responsibility of the Purchasing Manager)
- Possibly some contracts settlement and negotiations (under direct responsibility of the Purchasing Manager)
- Prepare reports – Analysis
The purchasing portfolios (segments/families) covered will be depending on the workload at the given moments.
In parallel, he/she could possibly participate in the long-run strategic projects such as :
- Regional biddings on key items
- Sourcing
