The Manager, Strategy and Operations for Visa Consulting & Analytics Regional SEA (IPVMC) will be entrusted with a broad portfolio of responsibilities helping Visa to accelerate the growth of its client-facing consulting and analytics services.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of core infrastructure needed to grow Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in the Regional SEA cluster comprising of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia (IPVMC). This includes, but is not limited to, people/talent, project management, financial tracking, reporting and client development.
- Balance facilitation, influence, and leadership to drive execution across the VCA Regional SEA (IPVMC) team, support the business tracking process (Pipeline Review, Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews etc.)
- Drive industrialization of the VCA practice by supporting initiatives like pricing, knowledge management, thought leadership, training, culture related initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
