PURPOSE
To have a strong understanding of the general insurance market in Singapore and provide insights and recommendations with respect to the changing needs of the organisation.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
· Identify channel business opportunities for general insurance partnerships based on market insights and propose actionable plans to achieve sustainable growth.
· Develop, manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new channel partners, for both offline and digital eco system partnerships.
· Assist and coordinate commercial partnership arrangements to ensure regulatory compliance and business viability.
· Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business propositions and processes
· Ensures adherence to pre, during and post business propositions service levels
· Manage and assist in ensuring all enquiries are attended to, conduct product training and organize partner events.
· Assist or draft and review contracts for partnerships, including obtaining the necessary approvals and signoffs
· Manages registration and administrative co-ordination of channel partners
· Work with internal stakeholders, IT, Ops, UI/UX and product for operationalising new GI ecosystem partnerships and ensure day to day operations and sales monitoring for existing partnerships
· Manage and assist in sales reports, generation of statement of account and following up on outstanding premium.
· Analyze market trends and provide recommendations in accordance to market changes, aligning with company’s directions.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Possess Insurance Professional Qualification
· Minimum 5 years of experience in FI;
· Knowledge of TSA, FA industry and GI is required
· Good exposure to TSA, FA and Agency.
