BHF PTE LTD is one of the largest bakery manufacturer in Singapore which owns brands such as Baker's Heaven, Hayley & Goomedo available in major retail supermarkets. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to lead the HORECA / Food Services business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee HORECA / Food Services business and be responsible for timely AR collection
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and progress towards targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HORECA / Food Services will be advantageous
- Possess strong analytics, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have own transport (Car) with Class 3 valid license.
