As a member of our fast-growing AI Practice, you’ll work across Avanade's Data & AI Solution area to build and deploy bespoke, advanced AI solutions for some of the world's leading businesses. What you’ll do
- Assess client requirements and understand the business problem, challenge of existing technologies and areas of application for AI technologies.
- Program leadership including delivery team leadership and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
- Advise on optimal cloud technologies relevant for developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Prototype applications applying formulated AI designs and verify the problem/solution fit working with data scientists and software engineers in a collaborative mode.
- Industrialise solutions, scaling and securing them to ensure they are enterprise grade from a security, governance, performance and management perspective.
Skills and experiences
- Knowledge on architecting and orchestrating LLMs, fine tuning strategies, LLM performance enhancement approaches, LLM accuracy improvement experience
- Experience in LLMOps and productionalizing Gen AI implementations, open source LLM understanding (LLAMA2), Mistral Hands on in libraries such as Langchain, llamaindex
- Knowledge on NVIDIA triton and model parameter fine tuning
- Python familiarity is a must
- Knowledge of neural networks and transformers.
- Confident communicator who is able to explain technical terms to non-technical audiences and mentor junior colleagues
