Job Description:
Coordinate manpower allocation to ensure daily production lines to meet production schedule and report Production Daily Yield.
Ensure that production activities strictly adhere to SOP, Work Instructions, process controls, and comply with GMP standards.
Verify that manufactured products comply with specifications, utilise correct packaging materials, and feature appropriate artwork for respective country.
Authorise the requisition of bulk mixtures and packaging materials.
Provide training to production personnel on SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and conduct on-the-job training sessions.
Promptly report all deviations to the Production Manager and QA/QC personnel; segregate affected products for re-inspection as necessary.
Implement corrective and preventive actions in production and packaging areas.
Assist in machine testing, trial runs, qualifications, and validation activities.
Ensure Batch Production Records (BPR) and necessary documents are accessible at assigned workstations at the start of each process; ensure accurate completion and reconciliation of BPRs at the end of each batch.
Conduct checks on finished goods before removal from the store.
Perform line checks and input data for time and labour during the packaging process.
Maintain production personnel hygiene, workplace cleanliness, and safety standards.
Undertake any additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Science or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant production supervisory experience in pharmaceutical industry
