Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the top priorities for Business and act as the key contact for sales and clients
- Spearhead the Front to Back process with prioritization framework for any new client onboarding/account opening request
- Manage ad-hoc escalation and key client requests from the business; identify potential bottlenecks and collaborate with relevant internal functions to ensure resolution in timely manner
- Identify process improvement areas, consistently refining and streamlining the F2B process
- Handling compliance and/or regulatory queries and impact from onboarding perspective for client and business
Your team
We require an Execution Transition Manager, based in Singapore to oversee the front to back operating environment and to ensure the clients are onboarded in a seamless manner with the collaboration with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be required to interact with key stakeholders such as Business, Credit, Legal and all other functions involved in the entire end to end onboarding process on a daily basis. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work across a diverse set of business streams.
Your expertise
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications -
- Experienced in facing off to stakeholders and interacting with a wide range of Business and middle/back office functions
- Proven organizational and problem solving skills, ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Experience managing projects and an understanding of project life cycle management best practice
- Strong communication skills (English), Mandarin and Cantonese advantageous
- Awareness of Asian market regulations, experience working with compliance and regulators will be an advantage
