Responsibilities:
- Assist Board of Directors.
- Manage travel plans, scheduling events, organizing reports and documents, and arranging meetings.
- Assist with the sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide assistance with the preparation, filing, and compliance of ISO standards.
- Provide assistant in the application process for grants and trademarks.
- Coordinate and lead meetings, briefings, or training sessions as needed.
- Manage and secure confidential information, files, and records.
- Perform taking meeting minutes and providing summaries.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
