You will work closely with the Director on the overall management and performance of the Operations departments under COO's purview.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Operations departments in the process of administration of collaborations, clinical operations support, service contracts, and project management activities.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth ground operations.
- Drive patient-centric initiatives by partnering with clinical leads, implementing strategic plans, undertaking key development projects, and formulating business proposals.
- Ensure the business proposals are based on cost-effectiveness and sustainable value-based care models.
- Ensure that the departments' operations align with the company's strategic directions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Masters
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Healthcare/Hospital Operations
- Good knowledge in both front-end and back-end support services
- Demonstrate critical thinking abilities and strong problem solving skill
- Effective communication skill including the ability to express the technical concept clearly and concisely to senior management and stakeholders
- Good relation management skills with the ability to influence decision making
- Strong people management skills, proactive and service orientated
- A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
