Assistant Director, Operations

Thomson Medical Pte. Ltd.

You will work closely with the Director on the overall management and performance of the Operations departments under COO's purview.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Operations departments in the process of administration of collaborations, clinical operations support, service contracts, and project management activities.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth ground operations.
  • Drive patient-centric initiatives by partnering with clinical leads, implementing strategic plans, undertaking key development projects, and formulating business proposals.
  • Ensure the business proposals are based on cost-effectiveness and sustainable value-based care models.
  • Ensure that the departments' operations align with the company's strategic directions.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or Masters
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Healthcare/Hospital Operations
  • Good knowledge in both front-end and back-end support services
  • Demonstrate critical thinking abilities and strong problem solving skill
  • Effective communication skill including the ability to express the technical concept clearly and concisely to senior management and stakeholders
  • Good relation management skills with the ability to influence decision making
  • Strong people management skills, proactive and service orientated
  • A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
