Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives of the company.
- Provide admin support in the review, development, and implementation of learning and development programmes
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes such as system training, training administration and indicators.
- Update and maintain training records
- Support in the company's events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
- Good Analytical Skills
- Knowledgeable in Computer Software Skills, e.g. MS Office
