Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to manage order processing and input data accurately into relevant software.
What Will You Do
- To manage order processing and input data accurately into relevant software or programs.
- To conduct thorough verification checks to ensure the accuracy of entered data before forwarding orders to the Production Department.
- To maintain an organised filing system for all paperwork utilised in data entry processes to preserve records of original documents.
- To offer administrative assistance and undertake additional tasks as required.
What Do We Want
- At least an ITE Higher Nitec or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in related position.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with using various software and programs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
