Job Descriptions:
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Prepare the classroom for class activities.
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Assist in developing schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Developing curriculum and course material that can be used across several platforms.
- Vetting of assignment/exam papers and second marking.
- Conduct post-assessment analysis.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
- Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests and assignments.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
- Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by CPE and school regulations.
- Prepare required reports on students and activities.
- Keep updated with developments in the subject area, teaching resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/Administration/Management/Accounting/Finance
- At least 2 Years and above of working experience in the related field is required.
- Fluent in English and strong in Chinese Language (Oral and writing) to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking students and to conduct teaching lessons in Chinese language.
- Knowledge in using Zoom and google classroom preferable
- Ability to engage with adult learners
- Able to teach classes on weekdays evenings or weekend classes
- ACTA teaching qualification would be an added advantage.
- Strong passion for teaching
- Ability to share industry experience.
- Must be student oriented. And enforce strict attendance requirements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Have good organizing & planning skills, high work standards, and able to adapt to changes.
- Strong interpersonal skill and time management skill
Only part-time lecturers required.
Salary per hour: $50 - $60, commensurate with experience.
