Job Description:
- To provide excellent service on dining experience to guests
- Mingle and chat with guests
- Proactive and highly responsive to guests’ needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Learn the menu and offer suggestions and recommendations such as beverage pairing
- Arrange table setting according to meal types and prepare turnover for next guest
- To understand the operations fully and be rotated between bar, floor, and alfresco area
- Can lead and train part-timers on duty
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and ensure service counters are presentable at all times
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Be fun and outgoing!
Requirements:
- Cheerful, outgoing and energetic with a great smile
- Familiar with Spanish cuisine would be an added advantage
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Team player in a diverse work environment
- Great attention to details
- Proactive approach towards guests
- Able to commit to regular full-time work schedules
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays
- No experience but positive attitude is welcome!
