Job Description
- Execute projects well from its planning to completion stage of the project
- Planning, design, and construction management of mechanical services in buildings and infrastructural developments
- Coordinate electrical services where necessary, usually for projects that are smaller scale
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, consultants, contractors
- To attend and lead project meetings, site meeting, inspections, etc
Requirements
- Minimum - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Well versed with the local Authorities requirements on Mechanical building services
- Mininum 5 years of working experiences in M&E consultancy firm or equivalent
- A team player with strong leadership qualities
- Responsible and positive working attitude
- Knowledge in BIM and electrical services will be a plus
