Job Summary:
- Basic Salary Range: SGD 3,000 to 3,700.
- Flexible Benefits Allowance: SGD 200.
- Time: Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Location: Centennial Tower, nearest MRT is Promenade
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle IT inventory management and ensure supplies are stocked and orders are placed in a timely manner.
· Handle tasks and processes in accordance with IT policies
· Document all IT procedures and update SOPs where necessary
· Issue laptops to new employees
· Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring access is granted in a secure and controlled manner (including CCTVs and office door access system).
· Assist to install, configure and maintain hardware and software (e.g., laptops, printers and network devices)
· Provide guidance to employees on IT systems and processes where necessary.
· Escalate IT requests from employees in a timely and efficient manner to relevant external vendors and service providers.
· Work proactively with external vendors and service providers to resolve any network or system issues.
· Business trip coordination (e.g., flight and hotel bookings, VISA applications)
· Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as landlords and contractors, to address maintenance issues promptly (e.g., faulty lighting, door maintenance).
· Efficiently dispatch and coordinate outgoing documents/packages with
designated courier services.
· Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for company vehicles, including carwash schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Business Info-comm Technology or related field
- Basic knowledge of IT support and simple troubleshooting
- Keen on learning more about IT and Office Administration functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to work in a close-knit team, with the ability to collaborate and support each other
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment independently
- Responsive and proactive with strong follow-through skills
- Knowledge of Japanese language will be a plus to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
