Job Description
- Expand new business opportunities of M&E product sales in the local market
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders (ie. warehouse, operations, logistics etc) to ensure smooth communication between factory and sales office
- Be involved in the tender processes to secure projects across the targeted sectors
- Comfortable with an Individual Contributor position (ie. to bring in sales and opportunities by being a strong hunter)
The Successful Applicant
- About 3 years of B2B sales/business development experience
- Proven track record and strong contact network across Construction industries - to strategise specific steps on securing new projects
- Experienced in engaging and managing key stakeholders (ie. main/subcontractors) to secure tender processes and ultimately, projects
- Background knowledge in M&E products to understand the technical jargons of solutions provided
