Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to be part of their Admin Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Sales Support Administrator:
- Support the sales team by creating quotations, processing orders, and managing client accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- Work with various departments to ensure timely product and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, produce sales reports, and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing communications.
