Job Description & Responsibilities: -
· Handle pre and post contract administration
· Assist with evaluation of tender, analyse costing for tender submission and preparation of tender documents.
· Perform cost planning and cost control.
· Liaise with Project Manager/designated staff to valuate and certify completed works and arrange for payment.
· Carry out contract administration duties.
· Perform Quantity take-off for tendering of project.
· To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source, compiles, evaluates and negotiates price with supplies and sub-contractors according to tender requirement.
· Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with clients.
· Possess Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline.
· Proficient in Cad Software / BIM and MS Office.
