Senior Field Service Engineer
- Provide on-site technical support to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Lead troubleshooting and solution development for both end-users and internal support teams.
- Manage pre-sales, installation, and post-sales support for the company's products.
- Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) for on-site support and project work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving Dosing Pumps related problems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
