Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,300
- Flexible Benefits Allowance: $200
- Time: Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm
- 1 year contract. Possibility of extension of contract, including advancement to a senior role with added duties, subject to internal availability.
- Location: Centennial Tower, nearest MRT is Promenade
- Required to travel to JB at times with colleagues (warehouse environment, non-conditioned) via company car
Job Responsibilities:
· Understand vision, annual missions and fiscal year’s directions by HQ, IMA & Parts Department (PD) to ensure holistic alignment in progress and growth.
· Steer contribution(s) towards continuous parts supply in IMA’s distribution channels by ensuring establishment of business continuity plan (BCP).
· Proactively facilitate/participate in 2-way transparent communication to
highlight and address irregularities through expediting idea-based decision makings.
· Actively propose/drive continuous improvements in business and operation to upkeep overall branding of PD and self beyond industrial standards.
· Respect and maintain relationships with all stakeholders especially in supply chain management (SCM).
· Consolidate statuses of all back orders with priority listings.
· Ensure deliveries and expedite as per approved SOPs accordingly.
· Communicate the above information with customers, PD groups and suppliers.
· Verify and process Parts Claim Reports (PCRs) from customers in SAP.
· Facilitate closures of PCRs through approved corrective measures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Preferably Diploma holders or Professional Certifications in logistics and/or SCM
- Basic knowledge of SCM especially between production and wholesales
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel).
