About the Role
Optimise business processes and lead change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various internal teams to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions and drive measurable results.
What you will do:
- Support Head of Department in organisational change activities and implementing changes.
- Undertake BAU tasks/roles on short term and rotational basis to better understand business processes, platforms and associate systems.
- Perform impact analysis/gap assessment by gathering info from users and from relevant local regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate / support BAU small process, forms and system changes.
- Extract data and perform data analysis for business decisions and change justifications.
- Work with relevant stakeholders, process owners, developers, vendors on process improvement initiatives. Challenge status quo.
- Evaluate the change requirements and develop implementation plans. This includes change-impact-analysis, change readiness, UAT, training, capability transfer etc.
- Conduct briefings/workshops to familiarise process owners on new processes. Includes drafting, updating and oversight on SOP updates and controls setup/review with new changes.
- Prepare communications on change to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you should have:
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business IT or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in operational excellence or process/workflow.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Skills in VBA, Visio, Outlook Macro, Power BI preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient communications skills to effectively collaborate with the team
