Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Working Hour: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 1pm

Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned projects to ensure they meet quality standards and are completed on time according to the project’s specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services within project budgets.
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely project completion.
- Schedule and conduct project meetings as needed for issue resolution and progress updates.
- Manage change requests to keep all stakeholders informed and minimize impact on schedule and budget.
- Address client expectations during project transitions.
- Oversee onsite setup to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and timely completion, as needed.
- Implement Permit-To-Work procedures and related WSH documentation (Risk Assessment, Methods Statement, Safe Work Procedures), and handle project-related administrative tasks as necessary.
- Procure subcontractors, suppliers, and production materials as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in overseeing interior fit-out projects within the commercial office design and build sector.
- Adept team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptable and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, adjusting based on project scale.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
