Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Operation Executive to join our team . As a leader in the sale, preparation, canning, and preservation of poultry and poultry products, we prioritize efficiency, quality, and safety in our warehouse operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing poultry and poultry products.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks, audits, and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with production teams to schedule and execute timely product deliveries.
  • Implement and optimize warehouse processes to enhance productivity and minimize errors.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance schedules to ensure proper functioning and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders and meet business objectives.
  • Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational costs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed to meet business demands.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
