Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Working Hour: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this role encompass various tasks, including conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs, preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating work efforts, advising on legal and contractual matters, and valuing completed work and arranging payments.
Specific Responsibilities:
The individual will be involved in:
- Assisting the designer by reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Analyzing costs for maintenance and additional building needs, followed by negotiation with contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintaining proper documentation for all tenders.
- Sourcing quotations and evaluating quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- With at least 2 years of working experience in relevant positions.
- Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities
- A collaborative team member with exceptional initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
