KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Management:
- Utilize Integrated Healthcare Asset Management (iHAM) System to schedule, plan, and track all preventive maintenance activities.
- Log and monitor ad hoc repair and corrective maintenance tasks in the iHAM System.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented within the system.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
- Produce necessary documentation for verification and auditing purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and inspection reports.
3. General Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
- Assist in the coordination of facility-related projects and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
