Job Description:
· Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
· Oversee both front and back of house operations
· Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
· Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
· Plan team members’ work schedules and compile timesheet
· Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
· Provide excellent service experience to all customers
· Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
· Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
· Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
· Monitor and ensure the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet the company’s standards
· Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required
Job Requirements:
· Previous supervisory experience preferred
· Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and independently
· Strong multi-tasking skills
· The physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time
· Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
· Team player
· A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience at the supervisory level in the hospitality or F&B Industry
