1. Dispensary Assistant (Freelance)
2. Dispensary Assistant (Permanent)
3. Clinic Operations Executive (Permanent)
4. Clinic Operations Executive (6-month contract, renewable)

Key Responsibilities
Dispensary Assistant:
- Dispensing and packing medications according to prescriptions
- Facilitating delivery agent pickups
- Restocking medications
- Ad hoc dispensary tasks as required
Clinic Operations Executive:
- Upholding dispensing accuracy, medication handling and quality control protocols
- Scheduling medication deliveries
- Managing and liaising with courier partners
- Overseeing Packer team
- Dispensing and packing medications according to prescriptions
- Facilitating delivery agent pickups
- Ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma, GCE 'A' or 'O' or ‘N’ levels, fresh graduates are welcome
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Relevant experience in packing roles or in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Open to working staggered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
