Location: Tanjong Pagar
Hours: 6 days work week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experieces in fine dining restaurant (preferably in Michelin-rated fine dining/Chinese restaurants)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is required as customer are mostly from overseas and locally
- Knowledge in wine and know how to pair food with wine
