IT Engineer
Working hours: 5-day, Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
Working Location: Pandan Road, Clementi
Salary: $4300 - $4800
Responsibilities:
- Hardware and software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure-AD
- Omada (TP-Link) Wifi AP administration
- Troubleshot network related issues
- Participating IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
- Provide IT related helpdesk support
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in hardware software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Active directory, DNS, VPN troubleshooting, Azure-AD, Office 365, OneDrive configuration and SharePoint administration
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in desktop support
- Experienced in disaster recovery, Network security
- Team Viewer Remote PC Support
