Technical & Sales Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively
- Serve as the team’s technical subject-matter expert and a resource for technical escalation
- Identify enhancement opportunities and assist in developing them across the enterprise through innovation and automation
- Engage with managers regularly, reporting on project status, activities, and achievement
- Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures.
- Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Willing to travel regionally
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the HOD.
Requirements: -
Education and Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in electronic or electrical / 2 years of relevant experience in related fields (PLC Control Design)
Experience Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a technical role.
- Experience in ACMV related fields.
- Experience in project management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in the field of IT/ Network / Building Automation
- Expertise in creating, analysing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
· Background in sales and marketing is beneficial.
· General Engineering background in Civil & Electrical is advantageous.
· Entrepreneurial mindset.
