Junior Production Supervisor

Working Hours: Permanent Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 7:45 PM
Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 3,500
Job Description:
- Supervise and lead the production team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Enforce work discipline and resolve work-related problems among production employees.
- Lead the team to achieve departmental productivity and quality goals, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently.
- Conduct manpower resource planning to meet dynamic customer delivery requirements.
- Conduct employee orientation and training.
- Hold daily shift meetings and provide updates on production matters, safety, quality, or management information.
- Coach and provide career development for the production team.
- Establish team performance metrics, assess, review, and communicate staff performance, and motivate and drive teamwork.
- Update manpower attendance records on the Opensoft system.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to SOPs and meet cGMP & ISO 13485 standards.
- Report production and material usage accurately and timely, ensuring proper communication among shifts.
- Practice line clearance to prevent mix-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with cGMP standards for traceability.
- Meet production schedules and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Coordinate with QA/QC on any shortages or quality issues regarding raw packaging materials.
- Coordinate with the warehouse on materials issuance.
- Ensure proper machine setup and identify machines for servicing/repair as needed.
- Investigate non-conformance and provide corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in production.
