Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operation & administration duties.
- Monitor and process working passes and documents.
- Manage and process employee & statutory claims.
- Conduct staff engagement/ team bonding activities.
- Assist in HR recruitment activities from job posting, arranging interview to employee onboarding.
- Coordinate and administer training functions.
- Responsible for training administration activities for the company.
- Manage and keep up-to-date training records.
- Support the HR budget planning activities.
- Coordinate the payment of invoices with the trainer and finance.
- Replenish office supplies.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 years of HR & Administration experience.
- Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
