HR & Admin – Associate level (Logistics, Transportation)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operation & administration duties.
  • Monitor and process working passes and documents.
  • Manage and process employee & statutory claims.
  • Conduct staff engagement/ team bonding activities.
  • Assist in HR recruitment activities from job posting, arranging interview to employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate and administer training functions.
  • Responsible for training administration activities for the company.
  • Manage and keep up-to-date training records.
  • Support the HR budget planning activities.
  • Coordinate the payment of invoices with the trainer and finance.
  • Replenish office supplies.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of HR & Administration experience.
  • Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
