Job Responsibilities
- To check through Handover Form and all documentations from Sales and Design Teams, ensuring client’s requirements are met
- To conduct site preparations for demolition works, civil works and/or laying safety surfacing in compliance to all safety and company’s requirements
- To oversee installation of playground equipment, lightning protection system and/or other works as per client’s requirements
- To coordinate with workers and/or sub-contractors on conducting all the necessary testing and warranty issuances as per client’s requirements
- To prepare operational documentations at the point of handing over to client
- To manage workers and/or sub-contractors on completing projects based on schedule
- To assist Operations Manager to perform any other related duties as required
Education Requirements
- O-Levels and above
- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
- Relevant Constrcution Industry Safety Compliance Trainings & Certifications
