Job Description:
- Actively source for potential business leads from target market.
- Craft creative proposals for clients during pre project development.
- Understand the events & creative media production industry.
- Do market research and develop marketing content to promote the company's products/services.
- Attend meetings and site visits with clients/vendors to better understand project scope.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for clients while adhering to budget plan.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Achieve quarterly sales objectives and forecast sales activity accurately.
- Provide efficient and effective customer service support.
- Promote and sell company's products/services to potential clients.
- Coordinate, plan and handover closed projects with relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Best to have sufficient knowledge in digital media, events and video production.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
- Keen to take on a leadership role in the future.
- Able to think out of the box to find solutions.
