Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of the models.
- Generate 2D construction drawings and other project deliverables.
- Maintain and update BIM models to reflect design changes and project progress.
- Assist in the implementation of BIM standards and workflows.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Prior experience in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
