Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ NiTec, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business or equivalent
· At least 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sales/ client relations or business development in IT solutions industry
· Good knowledge in IT is an advantage
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and effective time management
Responsibilities
· Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes
· Assist with proactive grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities
· Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales service
· Prepare quotation for submission to clients and follow up on the status
· Updating documents and maintain sales records
· Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes
· Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries
