- Plan and prioritize the project training & implementation
- Prepare delivery project schedule
- Plan and prioritize the requirement
- Prepare development project schedule
- Monitoring projects timeline
OPERATIONAL
- Provide support service
- Deliver training & implementation
- Develop the requested system and ensure the development on time with expected quality
- Identify and diagnose the inefficiency in Business Process and Reporting Preparation
- Do Progress Review Meeting periodically

- Create Programming Specification
- Create User Guidance
- Create Business Blueprint
- Create Individual Timesheet
