About the Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT)
The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) in Singapore brings together physicists, computer scientists and engineers to do basic research on quantum physics and to build devices based on quantum phenomena. Experts in this new discipline of quantum technologies are applying their discoveries in computing, communications, and sensing.
CQT is hosted by the National University of Singapore. The Centre also has staff at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design. With some 200 staff and students, it offers a friendly and international work environment

Job Description
The Research Fellow will spearhead innovative projects in quantum machine learning, focusing on the study of non-Markovian processes to enhance the processing of classical and quantum data. Responsibilities include developing new algorithms, conducting simulations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to apply quantum machine learning techniques to complex datasets. The Research Fellow will contribute to advancing quantum technologies and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, playing a pivotal role in the intersection of quantum science and data processing.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantum physics and machine learning, with a proven track record of research in quantum computing or related fields. The role requires a Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with excellent analytical and communication skills
