Job description
We are looking for a candidate with sufficient experience to work independently in the department, at the same time being able to provide HR advices to relevant stakeholders in decision making with regards to employees' matter. You will be reporting to Human Resource Manager, and your responsibilities cover full spectrum of HR and Admin duties, which includes but not limited to: -
- Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Full cycle of recruitment including selection, interview, preparation of Contract of Service
- Conduct Induction Orientation
- Manage offboarding process which includes exit clearance & interview
- Training & Development
- **Administrate, coordinate and preparation of training material & venue
- Submission of training grants
- Update training records
- Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in Payroll preparation
- Handle associate claim matters
- Submission of CPF & Income Tax such as IRAS IR8A, IR21
- Performance Management
- Administrate Balance Score Card for each employee
- Communicate the KPIs to individual HOD
- Facilitate Annual & Bi-annual performance appraisal exercise
- Update the performance appraisal results and issue letters to employees on the outcome
- HR Policy, Process, Reporting & Advice
- HR Policy and process expert for HR Department
- Provide general HR advice to key stakeholders on day to day basis
- Prepare and analyse monthly HR statistical reports
- Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances
- Organising corporate events and meetings
- Improving on the current employee wellness / benefits
- Organization Capability & Competency Development
- Lookout for government funding and grants that will benefits the organization
- Work on company policies and practices to achieve awards and certifications
- Assist with the facilitation of new corporate ERP system - Testing required on HR section
- Facilitate change management in the company
- Administration & Others
- General administrative duties including documentation, filing and updating data
- Manage Daily Attendance & Leave management – daily attendance report
- Prepare and conduct presentation on Monthly Employees' Meeting
- Perform any other related duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Preferably at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Out-going, meticulous, keen to details, patient, forward-thinking, self-starter, good time management, and effective communication skills
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently, independent and able to work in a team
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
- Able to commerce immediately or within short notice is a plus
