- Process accurate and timely payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Manage payroll records, including but not limited to timesheets, leave records, and employee data
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist with HR administration tasks, such as recruitment support and employee benefits administration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient payroll and HR processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
