HR Coordinator

Royal Ocean Marine Enterprise Pte. Ltd.

  • Process accurate and timely payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage payroll records, including but not limited to timesheets, leave records, and employee data
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Assist with HR administration tasks, such as recruitment support and employee benefits administration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient payroll and HR processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
