Job Description
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our client's welding products and consumables across Southeast Asia (SEA).
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, dealers, and resellers, to expand market reach and improve product availability.
- Nurture existing channel relationships, providing support, training, and incentives to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product management, and sales operations, to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor channel performance metrics and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolving issues promptly and fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
The Successful Applicant
At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the welding industry or a related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner relationships, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion, preferrably in the welding industry.
Strong understanding of distribution channels, sales processes, and market dynamics in Southeast Asia (SEA).
