Key Responsibilities:
- Full preparation of unaudited financial reports for SME companies
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, using accounting softwares (QuickBook, PSOFT, XERO etc.)
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
