About Our Client

They are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Job Description
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines for product development, registration, and marketing
- Lead regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities to obtain and maintain approvals for therapeutic products within the designated region
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and assess their impact on product development and commercialisation strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Quality Assurance, and Commercial etc. to support regulatory requirements and timelines
- Provide regulatory guidance and expertise to stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy and related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferable to possess a valid Pharmacist Certificate
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes for registration and post-market compliance
- Proven ability to lead regulatory submissions and engage with health authorities effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
