Our client, a leading firm, is seeking to add a Head of Cybersecurity Operations to their team. This role involves team management and demands a candidate with exceptional technical expertise and strong people management skills.
Job Description
As the Head of Cyber Security Operations, your responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the SOC team
- Developing and maintaining an effective incident response protocol
- Overseeing daily cybersecurity operations, including incident response and threat detection
- Regularly updating cybersecurity tools to address evolving threats
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs for cybersecurity vendors
- Performing regular vulnerability assessments
The Successful Applicant
As a Successful Candidate, you will have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity positions, with a focus on managing SOC
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Certification in CISSP/CISM or an equivalent qualification
