· Assist superior in all quality related measurement issues.
· Conduct First Article measurement /layout inspection using various equipment.
· Compile & provide precise data measurement for data analysis.
· Maintenance of the equipment in the FA laboratory
· Train, assess and certify QA inspectors as and when required.
· Provide expertise in measurement data.
· Evaluate and make suggestions to measurement method.
· Perform First Article measurement and report timely.
· Perform evaluation measurement and report to other departments if requested.
· Work closely with engineering and production to plan measurement to meet schedule.
· Make measurement program for routine inspection and provide training to inspectors and others.
