* Position: Site Co ordinator
* Industry: KNK Design & Builder’s / Renovation Firm
* Salary: $4,000, transport allowance $600.00 with own vehicle.
Without Vehicle: $4,000.00 Top up cash card provided.
* Working Location: On site
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Saturday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Roles and Responsibilities
Report to Managing Director
· Liaise with other consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects.
· Able to manage on the execution and handover on all project’s objectives.
· Have experience in safety documentations. implement & practice Health, Safety and Environmental management such trade team carry out, as reviewing method statements and risk assessments in accordance with all BCA, WSHC, MOM.
· Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management relating to all operational
and administration procedures.
· Able to Resolve site issues with sub-contractors, address customer's renovation issues/problems.
· Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meeting.
during course of construction of projects.
· Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
· Control site material wastage and utilize usage of equipment etc.
· Able to commit & work flexible hours.
· Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
· GCE O Level certificate or similar equivalent with 2-3 years experiences
· Ability to manage project from strategic and detailed planning, concept, and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communicator with well develop commercial, analytical, and technical skills.
· Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues (Teamwork)
· Preferably with experience in commercial projects
· Possess class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
· Safety knowledge with certification will be an advantage.
· Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
· Must be able to accept flexible hours and night works and Public Holiday
· AutoCAD, sketch up, v ray, Microsoft office skills.
