Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
- Prepare payments and vouchers
- Assist in month-end closing of accounts
- Verify/process invoices, purchase orders, staff claims and bank reconciliation
- Checking and filing of Sales invoice
- Handling of petty cash
- Handle general office administrative matters and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirement:
- Minimum ITE certification and above
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Responsible, Meticulous and organized
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team working skills and able to work independently
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Candidates with prior Accounting/Admin experience would be preferred
- Experiences with Million accounting software will be advantageous
- Immediate / Short notice period are preferred.
