Account & Admin Assistant (AP/AR)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
  • Prepare payments and vouchers
  • Assist in month-end closing of accounts
  • Verify/process invoices, purchase orders, staff claims and bank reconciliation
  • Checking and filing of Sales invoice
  • Handling of petty cash
  • Handle general office administrative matters and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirement:

  • Minimum ITE certification and above
  • 1 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Responsible, Meticulous and organized
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team working skills and able to work independently
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with prior Accounting/Admin experience would be preferred
  • Experiences with Million accounting software will be advantageous
  • Immediate / Short notice period are preferred.
