- Manage Technical Operation Team’s day-to-day operations (i.e. repair work, routine servicing, maintenance & T&C processes)
- Manage customer’s expectation, quality service deliverables and establish good rapport for long term relationship
- Manage department resources to ensure continuous smooth operations
- Monitor and conduct review on department manpower competency level
- Ensure continuous training/improvement plan is in place across the Technical team
- Ensure regular review of equipment refresh for customers
- Conduct quality checks on works completed
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Assurance regulations
- Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Center
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree and above in Mechanical & Electrical or relevant discipline
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial position
- Excellent knowledge of M&E services with a relevant qualification
- Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred
- Green Mark certification or equivalent certification
- LEW certification an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and meticulous
- Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred
